What We Do

 

The Give Group provides nonprofit, faith-based organization and churches capacity building services through workshops, news alerts, one-on-one consulting services and training programs. We specializes in developing funding proposals aligned with client interests and conducting evaluations of those programs.

 

We design our services and resources to help you build your capacity to seek and secure new funding streams and to improve your programs. 

 

Recognizing that a robust base of financial support is fundamental to organizational impact, our emphasis is on resource development.  We can help in a range of ways, from developing donor engagement training to facilitating board retreats or writing grant proposals.

For more complex and comprehensive resource development needs, we are hired to conduct organizational assessments and provide organizational coaching to inform and guide decision making and planning. We gather feedback through interviews and surveys, and analyze key data to get a clear picture of your capacity needs and gaps. The assessment outcomes may indicate a need for a long range strategic plan, an annual or multi-year fundraising plan, or a staff reorganization. In each case, we work to help organizations establish a long term vision to drive the plan for achieving their goals.

A benefit of our collaborative working process is that is we get to know our clients' organizations very thoroughly. As a result, we've been asked to conduct executive searches to find the right fit for senior Development and Program positions.
