Philanthropic Advisor Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Christopher’s passion has always centered on service to the community. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Journalism and History, he returned to his hometown to fulfill his passion by joining the nonprofit world. His ten years of experience in fundraising spans across several sectors, including healthcare, education, youth development and the creative and performing arts.
Team Assistant Johnson is a champion for change in people growth. This has been demonstrated in the various leadership capacities and work experiences in which she has triumphed for over twenty-five (25) plus years in education as an early childhood educator, assistant and center director positions in both the governmental and faith based and community entities.
Education Team Leader Autherine Blackmore is a native of Starkville, Mississippi. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Child Development. She is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women where she received a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in numerous capacities in the field of education, youth development, and families and children for over 30 years.
Senior Consultant Steven Cooper is a social entrepreneur and an emerging author with more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, community development, education, leadership development and ministry. Cooper is an advocate for social and economic justice and works diligently and prayerfully to bring down strongholds that divide the Kingdom across the fault lines of race, denomination, gender, geography and socio-economic status.
Team Leader Financial Management Reynolds, a strategic thought-partner, a participative manager, who is an astute fiscal management professional with a reputation as a trusted expert that offers superior financial services to executive teams of nonprofits, community and faith-based organizations and small businesses through the Jackson Metropolitan area. Reynolds audits all grants, and contracts. She analyzes all budgets and designs various budgeting strategies.
